Mr. Price has long been active as a real estate investor, concentrating his activities in Texas, especially Houston. He has sponsored numerous investment partnerships specializing in non-anchored retail centers and office buildings. The portfolio is "performing" – meaning that occupancies are in the 80s or 90s and these assets are distributing meaningful cash flow returns.
Recently, working in conjunction with long-time partner Vista Equities Group of Houston, First Keystone has engaged in new offerings of new projects. They are centered in Texas, although Arkansas is also under active study.
